Our business model is built on a geographic spread in Australia to be able to provide baby leaf salads all year round, with over 1,300 acres in Queensland and Victoria under our own production. Rootz is dedicated to supplying baby leaf salads to all fresh produce wholesale markets in Australia, as well as retailers and exports to South East Asia. We see our customers as long-term strategic stakeholders in our business and work closely with them to grow our brand and deliver the consistency that builds our business.
